No Brainer Media is me: Faeren Hopkins. I'm 18, I'm from Falmouth, and I build websites for people who've been putting one off.
Most of the businesses I call have brilliant reviews and no website, or a domain that's been dead for years. Not because they don't care. Because every web designer they've spoken to wanted two grand and a meeting before showing them anything.
So I flipped it. I build the page first, you see it on your phone, and you decide. I can do that because I use modern tools and I don't have an office to pay for. It also means I have to be good, every time, because you've seen it before you've paid.
From late October 2026 I'm working from Australia for a few months. Nothing about how I work changes: it's all by phone and message anyway, and I'm at my desk at the start and end of the UK day.

Why monthly instead of paying once?
Monthly means nothing upfront and I stay on the hook. Hosting, fixes, edits and your Google Business Profile are all included. If I go quiet, you stop paying. After six months you can buy the site outright if you'd rather.
Is there a contract? Can I cancel?
Six-month minimum, which covers the build. After that it's rolling monthly with 30 days' notice. If you're not happy in the first 30 days, I take it down and you owe nothing more. It all goes on one page you agree to before the first payment.
What happens to the site if I stop?
The domain name is registered in your name, so it's always yours. The site itself comes down, or after six months you can buy it and take it anywhere. Most people who buy it keep me on at £25 a month for hosting and changes.
Can you get me to the top of Google?
Nobody can honestly promise that. What I can promise: when someone searches your name they find a proper site with your reviews and a working call button, and every month I tell you how many calls it brought in so you can see whether it's paying for itself.
I've got Facebook and Checkatrade. Why do I need a website?
Those are rented. They set the rules, they show your competitors next to you, and if the page goes, so does everything on it. A website is the one place online that's yours.
Is it built with AI? How is it so quick?
I use modern tools, which is why it's £89 a month and not two thousand pounds upfront. The design and the wording are done for your business, and everything on the page is checked: your real reviews, your real details, nothing invented.
How long does it take to go live?
About a week from when you send me your photos and details. The preview itself arrives within 48 hours of the call.
What do you need from me?
Ten minutes. Any registration numbers (Gas Safe, NICEIC, that sort of thing), a few photos of your work or your van, and anything you'd change on the preview. I do the rest.
Any other costs?
The domain is about ten pounds a year and I sort it for you. Nothing else.
You're moving to Australia. Does that change anything?
No. Everything already happens by phone, WhatsApp and email, and I'm around at the start and end of the UK day. If something on your site breaks, it's fixed the same day wherever I am.
Seeing it first costs you nothing. That's the no-brainer.
